Being a woman can bring such joy and power, but it can also be difficult to navigate in our world as a female. I love to partner along with other women to help you find your strength, resilience, and peace. I specialize in treating women who are experiencing anxiety & depression. I can also help you navigate life transitions and relationship struggles. I utilize evidence based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy, as well as interventions such as self-compassion, mind/body techniques, and meditation/mindfulness. At this time, I am not accepting telehealth only clients.
